Orders will not be released to production until full payment has been received. JoyRox reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or product description errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and handling charges will be added where applicable. Estimated production and delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, supply chain interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products offered through the Site are manufactured specifically for each order. As a result, all sales are final unless otherwise approved. Customers are responsible for obtaining accurate measurements and selecting sizes using the applicable size charts. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for sizing selections made by the customer. Any shipping concerns, manufacturing concerns, shortages, or order discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. In the event of defective or incorrect products, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
